I’m Janine Lattimore

a wellbeing writer and coach here to help people in midlife get off the treadmill of stress and exhaustion, rediscover their joy, and create a life that is aligned with who they really are and what they really want.

For over twenty years have been writing and teaching about wellbeing, mindset, and how to build a life that actually feels good. I have two books — 10 Steps to Happiness and The Great Life Planner.

The reason I focus specifically on midlife is largely because I am journeying through it. I also think it is one of the most underserved seasons of life in the wellness space from a perspective of more than just hormonal issues, and yet it is a critical time of transition. I write for men and women and focus on issues that affect all gender identities in midlife. There is a growing amount of information for womens issues in midlife, but less for men, and I think even less in terms of information that fosters connection and understanding across gender identities.

That is where I am putting my focus, providing information, and cultivating connection and community, to help all people in midlife slow down, feel better and enjoy life more—one simple step at a time.
