Hi, my name is Janine Lattimore, writer, teacher and explorer of human potential.

My three greatest passions since I was young have been writing, teaching and the health and development of mind, body and soul. I endeavor to live what I learn and teach, and embrace life as an adventure of experience and expansion.

Other things I love to do are to dance, sing, walk in nature, watch trees and birds, listen to music, solve puzzles, have fun with my kids, hula hoop, and feel sexy in a great pair of heels.

Over the course of my life I have worked as a teacher, youth worker, community development worker, and group fitness instructor.

My guiding intention is to dance through life with the eyes of a child, and understand with the wisdom of the ancients.
